To give you a better idea of what goes on behind the scenes at Tempcover HQ, we’re going to be meeting different members of the Tempcover team.
Today, we have our super friendly and helpful, Customer Care team! Mid-way through 2018, a new dedicated Customer Care team were hired to join the team at the brand new Tempcover HQ in Fleet, Hampshire.

We were hired to provide first level contact with Tempcover customers, be that purchasing a policy over the phone, troubleshooting or simply answering a query. Tempcover recognizes how important its customers are and so hiring a dedicated team to provide in-house support has really helped our communication with our customers.
We’re a busy team in a buzzing environment, both in and out of office hours, often choosing our new hub to host a variety of social events.
Truthfully, 90% of the time we’re usually pretty busy managing customer requests, but if we’re lucky we might get a sneaky game of pool or a few turns on the arcade machine towards the end of the day. The office is designed for us to mingle from department to department, which makes for great conversations with our peers on how we can put the customer at the heart of everything we do.
Our lovely team have a diverse set of skills and backgrounds, some are super experienced customer service experts, others have come from full-time education with fresh new ideas, and we find this wild mix lets us relate to our customers on a wider level.
