Job Description

  • Provide support in month ends accounts preparation
  • Provide statistical analysis on a weekly & monthly basis
  • Monthly assistance in the Payroll function and quarterly VAT filings

Accountabilities

  • Input purchase invoices, journals, receipts and payments on Sage 200
  • Assist CX department in the chargeback process and customer refunds
  • Monthly Partnerships invoicing and debt collection
  • Bank statement reconciliations
  • Monthly administration within the Payroll function
  • Creation of monthly management accounts for Temporary Cover Ltd
  • Support in month end accounts process
  • Assist in year-end audit and accounts preparation
  • Other ad-hoc tasks when requested by senior management

Skills and Experience

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with accounts software, preferably Sage 200
  • Accurate and methodical
