Job Description
- Provide support in month ends accounts preparation
- Provide statistical analysis on a weekly & monthly basis
- Monthly assistance in the Payroll function and quarterly VAT filings
Accountabilities
- Input purchase invoices, journals, receipts and payments on Sage 200
- Assist CX department in the chargeback process and customer refunds
- Monthly Partnerships invoicing and debt collection
- Bank statement reconciliations
- Monthly administration within the Payroll function
- Creation of monthly management accounts for Temporary Cover Ltd
- Support in month end accounts process
- Assist in year-end audit and accounts preparation
- Other ad-hoc tasks when requested by senior management
Skills and Experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounts software, preferably Sage 200
- Accurate and methodical
