Tempcover (with its registered address at Tempcover, 2nd floor, Admiral House. Harlington Way, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 4BB. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm reference no. 746985) is the Funding Partner providing the budget for the offer.
2.1. This promotion is an in-store 'First Come, First Served' Offer tied to the purchase of temporary car insurance from Tempcover.
2.2. The promotion offers eligible Tempcover customers the chance to receive a free meal or snack for two (2) at one of the three participating food vendor partners: Phil You Up, Bagels Inc and Fire and Flank. The redemption of an alcoholic beverage is strictly excluded from this promotion.
2.3. The offer is run, managed, and fulfilled entirely by the individual Participating Restaurant at its own location. The specific snack or meal to be redeemed is determined solely at the discretion of the Participating Restaurant, subject to the conditions outlined below.
3.1. The offer is open to individuals aged 18 or over who meet the eligibility criteria.
3.2. To be eligible for a free meal, the individual must: a. Visit one of the three Participating Restaurants on the specified date and time (as defined in Section 4.1). b. Policy Proof: Present valid and current proof of a Tempcover car insurance policy to the Participating Restaurant staff at the time of ordering. This proof must clearly show the policy holder's name and must satisfy the following conditions:
Policy Status: The policy must be active and in force (i.e. not expired) at the exact time the claim is made at the restaurant.
Recent Purchase: The policy's start date must be no more than 30 days prior to the date of the claim.
Budget Limit: Be one of the first eligible claimants to claim a meal before the restaurant's allocated budget is exhausted.
3.3. One (1) free meal or snack per person, for up to two (2) people is permitted per Tempcover policyholder or named driver per restaurant visit. 3.4. The promotion applies only to customers covered by the policy, meaning the person claiming the meal must be the policyholder or a named driver on the presented Tempcover policy.
4.1. The promotion is valid only at the following three participating restaurants ("Participating Locations" or "Participating Restaurants"):

The offer is valid only from Wednesday 5th November 2025 until Monday 30th November 2025 (the "Promotional Period") or until the individual location budget is exhausted, whichever occurs first. The offer is subject to each food partner's normal opening hours during the Promotional Period.
5.1. The Offer: An eligible claimant is entitled to a free meal or snack per person for up to two people.
5.2. Funding Partner Budget Limitation: A total budget of £500 (Five Hundred Pounds) has been allocated by Tempcover (The Funding Partner) to cover the cost of meals/snacks at each individual Participating Location.
5.3. First Come, First Served: The offer is strictly first come, first served. The Participating Restaurant will monitor its own budget. The promotion will cease at the respective Participating Location upon the earlier of the following two conditions:
The end of the Promotional Period (Monday 30th November 2025).
The point at which the total cost of all meals claimed at that location reaches the £500 budget limit.
5.4. Meal Discretion: The amount each eligible claimant can order at one time, the inclusion of drinks, and the specific menu options available will be at the sole discretion of the management of the respective Participating Restaurant. The "meal for two" is defined by the restaurant's standard offering up to a reasonable cap determined by the restaurant.
5.5. No cash alternative, credit, or change will be provided if the cost of the meal is less than the deemed reasonable cap. Any cost incurred above the reasonable cap or after the £500 budget is exhausted must be paid for by the eligible claimant (customer) to the Participating Restaurant.
6.1. Tempcover (The Funding Partner) is only responsible for providing the agreed funds to cover the meals up to the budget limit of £500 per location. The Participating Restaurant is solely responsible for:
All aspects of food preparation, hygiene, safety, and quality.
The quality of the service provided.
Adhering to its stated opening hours.
Any and all liability arising from the consumption of the food or visit to the restaurant.
6.2. Any queries regarding the food, service, menu options, or any other aspect of the in-store experience must be directed to the respective Participating Restaurant.
7.1. Proof of Insurance: Participating Restaurant staff reserve the right to verify the authenticity and validity of the Tempcover policy presented. Failure to provide clear, valid proof will result in the claim being rejected by the Participating Restaurant.
7.2. Tempcover reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend its role as Funding Partner at any time and without prior notice. The Participating Restaurant reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the offer at its location at any time and without prior notice.
7.3. Data Verification and Protection By participating, you agree to present your personal data (limited to your name and proof of policy) to the Participating Restaurant staff solely for visual inspection and verification of eligibility. The Participating Restaurant is strictly instructed not to record, copy, or retain this personal data (including policy documents or policy numbers). Any collection, use, or retention of personal data by the Participating Restaurant beyond this visual verification is not authorised by Tempcover and is the sole responsibility of the Participating Restaurant as an independent Data Controller, for which Tempcover accepts no liability.
7.4. The decision of the Participating Restaurant on all matters relating to eligibility and the running of the offer at their location is final.
7.5. Governing Law These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
