Tempcover are a small, yet rapidly growing company based in Fleet in Hampshire, dedicated to providing the best possible temporary home and motor insurance to you.
At Tempcover we are constantly striving to be the best at what we do, not only to develop our own skills, but also to improve our customer experience and therefore deliver the best possible short term insurance for you, from start to finish.
As an award winning broker, Alan has been involved with Tempcover from its inception. After bringing it to market and being promoted to CEO, Alan is now responsible for company strategy, policy & performance.
She was Temporary Cover's first employee and has achieved rapid career progression and was appointed to the board as Operations Director in 2013. Nikki is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the company, together with HR, customer service & complaints departments.
He is well known in the insurance market having worked in the industry for over 30 years. Lloyd manages all broker and insurer relationships and helps to develop new products and distribution options. He was appointed to the board as Director of Distribution in 2014.
Neil has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years becoming involved in many areas of motor underwriting, distribution, pricing and analysis. Neil joined Tempcover in March 2014 as Underwriting Director and helps to analyse the business, liaise with insurer partners and develop new products.
Steve has been with Tempcover since 2012. He brings over 20 years' experience with IT networks and infrastructure, project management and technical support to Tempcover. Steve is responsible for all infrastructure aspects of the business.
Mike joined Temporary Cover in January 2011. He is a qualified CIMA Accountant and is responsible for day to day running of all company accounting procedures. He was promoted to Associate Director - Finance in 2014.
