Marc joined the Tempcover tech team in 2013, and after revolutionising our back-end infrastructure and re-engineering our website was made Chief Technical Officer. In 2023, Marc was promoted to Managing Director following a hugely successful period overseeing the company’s tech strategy and delivery. In 2026, Marc transitioned into a newly created role of Tempcover Chief Operating Officer (COO). Having built the foundation for the business’s scale, Marc’s appointment as COO leverages his extensive working knowledge of the temporary insurance market to deliver strategic execution, continue to scale operations, and optimise performance.
