Jim Murray Jones is a freelance writer and regular contributor to Tempcover. Following a 7-year stint leading product development and editorial at Auto Trader, he moved to Haymarket, where he was part of the team that acquired PistonHeads and worked on the digital development of Whatcar?. After leading a management buyout and business restructure at the news and travel magazine TNT, he returned to automotive at News UK, where he launched sunmotors.co.uk and managed the relaunch of Sunday Times Driving. He then moved to a strategic leadership position at the classified marketplace Exchange & Mart, before taking the role of Chief Marketing Officer at DriveTribe, the automotive social media platform founded by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May. He is a regular contributor on DriveTribe, as well as their trade and business intelligence platform DTinsights.com. Jim has a Geography degree from the University of Reading and an MBA from Henley Business School.
