What to do if you've broken down
If you've broken down, you will need to contact the RAC to arrange recovery. If you have your policy documents on your device, you can click the link in your breakdown policy schedule. If that is not possible, please click the link below, and you'll be taken to RAC's Rescue Me portal where you can book your recovery.
Please be aware that your breakdown cover is only valid for the duration of your temporary insurance policy.
