If you have received a promotional email, text, or discount opportunity from Tempcover the discount will be applied to your policy upon purchase of car and van insurance policies from 1 day to 28 days in duration.

The discount will be applied to the Tempcover fee only. A full breakdown of your price including Tempcover fee, insurer premium, and any Tempcover discount is available on the payment page before you purchase your policy.

If you received the discount via e-mail or SMS please make sure you click the link provided for it to be applied at the check out.

The discount is not available for courier van policies, learner driver, impounded vehicles, motorcycle policies, or any add-on products purchased alongside your insurance policy. As the discount is taken from the Tempcover fee portion of your policy price it is not, therefore, subject to IPT.

1. The prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to people aged 18 and over who complete the survey.
2. Employees or agencies of Tempcover, its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter.
3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
4. To enter the Prize Draw, complete the Tempcover survey sent via email on Monday 21st of October 2024. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail us at [email protected] with “CIL Customer Survey” in the subject line.
5. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed.
6. Tempcover accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
7. The Prize Draw's closing date is the 30th of November 2024, at 9 am. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
8. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place by the end of November 2024.
9. The winner will receive £200. This will be in the form of an Amazon voucher.
10. The winner will be notified by email on or before the 31st of December 2024. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of being notified by Tempcover, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and we shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and Tempcover shall be entitled to select another winner.
11. The surname and country of the winner can be obtained after the 31st of December 2024 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: 2nd Floor Admiral House, Harlington Way, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 4BB
12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for other prizes.
13. Once a prize draw winner has been identified and claimed their prize, the details of all other entrants will be deleted and not passed to
14. Tempcover accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.
15. Tempcover further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.
16. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Tempcover for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
17. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law, and entrants to the Prize Draw will submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
