Do not have an Anti-Social Behaviour Order or Criminal Behaviour Order
Have no criminal convictions not considered ‘Spent’

A criminal conviction refers to an individual who is found guilty of a crime that isn’t related to driving. For example, a speeding fine (SP30), or failure to stop after an accident (AC10) are considered driving convictions.

It’s important that you know whether your convictions are spent, or how long they may remain on your record for. We recommend you check your driving record with the DVLA via the GOV.UK website.
