Once a policy is purchased we are unable to make any changes or amendments to the policy.
Before purchasing a policy, you must agree to our Terms and Conditions which state “By clicking Agree and Continue you are confirming you have read, accepted and understood all terms and conditions as laid out in the full declaration and that “You accept that once a policy has been purchased it is not possible to amend any details and it is non-refundable.”
With this in mind, we cannot make changes, additions, or offer refunds on policies of 30 days or less in duration. We also do not offer partial refunds of any kind for days not used. In situations where an error has been made, we would always encourage you to get in touch with our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible.
